About Us
Palm Home Care Services LLC is a local, family-owned business. Owner, Natalie Lowe, has over 25 years of experience working in the healthcare field. Her educational background includes a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a Masters in Health Administration. Additionally, she has served on the board of the national Private Care Association and is a certified geriatric care manager. Natalie’s dedication to client advocacy is further reflected in her 10 years volunteering as a counselor with SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders), a program under the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, which assists seniors and adults with disabilities with their Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurance concerns.
While working in the home care field, Natalie gained a lot of experience working with various long-term care insurers and is able to assist clients in navigating their long-term care insurance policies and the associated claim processes. Her in-depth knowledge of the long-term care insurance claim process enables her to make suggestions on how to coordinate the client’s care to maximize the benefits available through the clients’ policies, ensuring clients receive the full extent of coverage to which they are entitled.
Natalie’s commitment to personalized care starts with meeting each client personally to assess their unique needs and discuss their preferences for caregivers. This ensures that the referred caregivers are not only qualified but also align with the client’s expectations and preferences.
